As part of this extension we carried out the following:

1. Removed existing single storey extension and roof including all internal fixtures and fittings.
2. Built up walls to eaves level.
3. Hand Cut and constructed new pitched roof tying into existing home.
4. Felt, Batten and Slated roof to match existing roof slates.
5. Fitted new PVC Facias, Soffit, Guttering & Windows.
6. Rendered exterior wall.
7. Extensive alterations were made internally re-arranging the entire floor plan of the house.
